On the classic view, single red dots are not a concern as you are balancing. Take note of your double reds in a notebook or spreadsheet. Are the scan results saying I’m allergic to these foods and such?

No. it is saying that these items are not currently agreeing with your body and can cause issues like heart burn, gas, inflammation, diarrhea, etc. It is recommended to stay away from these foods for the time being so your body can hvave them again without issue.
